1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide and certain technical data generated when you use our website.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, the topic you choose, and message content when you submit a contact form on this website.
• Organization name and job role if you choose to include them when asking about ClearPath Monitoring.
• Your phone number, if you give it to us and agree to receive text messages (see Section 5).
• Messages you type into the website chat assistant (see Section 9).
• Business name and project details you share during consultations or service engagements.

Information collected automatically:

• Pages visited, time spent on site, and general navigation patterns via Google Analytics.
• Browser type, device type, and operating system (anonymized).
• Approximate geographic region (city-level, via anonymized IP address).
• Referral source (how you arrived at our site).

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or any financial account information through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your contact form submissions and questions.
• Provide, schedule, and deliver IT infrastructure and software development services.
• Send you project-related communications, invoices, and service updates.
• Improve our website based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing campaigns.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted tools we use to operate our business, such as email delivery (Resend) and our accounting platform (Akaunting). These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to provide the service.
• Legal requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer data may be transferred. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on this page prior to any such transfer.

4. ClearPath Monitoring

ClearPath Monitoring is a patient-monitoring platform for addiction treatment programs that is developed and operated by Accelerated Digital Solutions LLC. Because it handles health information, ClearPath has its own, more detailed privacy policy:

• Patients and treatment facility staff: Information collected by the ClearPath app, the ClearPath Dashboard app and the ClearPath web dashboard is governed by the ClearPath Privacy Policy, not this one. In short: the treatment facility holds patient records, and ClearPath processes them only on the facility's instructions. Every view of a patient's information is audited, and substance use disorder records are handled with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 in mind.
• Beta testers: Sign-ups at clearpathmonitoring.com/beta are covered by the ClearPath Privacy Policy and are kept separate from patient records.
• Inquiries through this website: If you ask about ClearPath through a form on accelerateddigital.net, that inquiry is handled under this policy, like any other contact form message. Please don't include patient names or health information in website forms.
• No mixing of data: We never use ClearPath patient or clinical information for Accelerated Digital Solutions marketing, website analytics, or any purpose other than providing ClearPath to the facility.

If you are a patient, contact your treatment facility first with questions about your own monitoring. They hold your records. For anything else about ClearPath, email [email protected].

5. SMS & Text Messaging

Accelerated Digital Solutions LLC sends text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, under two programs:

• ADS client messages: Appointment confirmations, service updates and replies to your questions, sent to clients and prospective clients who give us their number and ask us to text them.
• ClearPath beta program texts: Updates for ClearPath beta testers who tick the optional opt-in box on the beta sign-up form. These include new builds, testing instructions and requests for feedback. Up to 4 messages a month, sent only between 8am and 9pm Pacific time. Texts never mention health, treatment or anything personal.

For both programs:

• No sharing for marketing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Opt-in data protected: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected] (ADS) or [email protected] (ClearPath beta).
• Records: We keep a record of your consent and of the messages we send and receive, so we can show what you agreed to and honor an opt-out. Texts are delivered by Twilio on our behalf.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses the following technologies to understand site usage:

• Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled (anonymize_ip: true). This means your full IP address is never stored by Google. Analytics cookies track aggregate, non-identifiable usage data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. This is a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative that does not use tracking cookies or behavioral fingerprinting.
• Session cookies: Standard browser session data used for website functionality. These expire when you close your browser.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. Most modern browsers also allow you to block or clear cookies through browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact form inquiries: Retained in our email system for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion.
• SMS consent records: Kept for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show consent and honor opt-outs.
• Client records and invoices: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months for user-level data).

When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize data in a secure manner.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection on all public-facing services.
• Secure, access-controlled hosting infrastructure.
• Bot protection on all web forms via Cloudflare Turnstile.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, please contact us directly.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — Website analytics. Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare — CDN, security, DNS, and form protection (Turnstile). Privacy Policy
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for contact form confirmations. Privacy Policy
• Twilio — Delivery of text messages to people who opt in (Section 5). Privacy Policy
• Anthropic — Powers the website chat assistant. Messages you type into the assistant are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please don't enter sensitive or health information there. Privacy Policy
• Akaunting (self-hosted) — Client invoicing and accounting. Hosted on our own infrastructure at accounting.accelerateddigital.net.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

10. Your Rights (California / CCPA)

As a California-based business, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal retention requirements).
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information, so this right does not apply. However, you may contact us to confirm this at any time.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
